You do not start a company just for fun. No, you do want to make money with it. In order to make a good start you at least will have to work out a good marketing-plan. Knowing all the detailed ins and outs of your business: your push & pulls and cats & dogs. Attrackting well-motivated and good people. A closely-reasoned and balanced organisation. Money. Zest for work. Then you are already half-way in making a good start.

The commercial world shows some striking resemblances with our own climate. One moment it is time to put on your swimming-suit and before you know, it is time to wear your woolen winter coat. You are used in giving it a good thought what you will wear when going outdoors. But, does this also apply to your company?

With that typically changeable climate you must reflect well on what you will put on. One time it will be burning hot, another time it will be freezing cold!
